Most Kiwis would consider KFC as the home of the best-tasting fried chicken in New Zealand.

So when Wendy’s wanted to launch their succulent new Karaage Fried Chicken range, we decided to take on Colonel Sanders himself.

After some extensive online stalking, we found a retired Brigadier General Sanders (that’s one rank higher than a Colonel) living somewhere in middle the US. We offered to fly him down to New Zealand to try the new Fried Chicken range and if he thought it was finger lickin’ good – officially endorse it for Wendy’s.
